On October 6, the second day of the international BIOPROM Forum, the event’s now-traditional “star session” will take place. This year, the participants will meet to discuss special health practices, healthy habits, nutrition and other aspects of a long and active life. The discussion will be titled “Life Is Honey — Timeless by Nature.”
The session will feature artist and showman Prokhor Shalyapin, Sergey Malozemov, author and host of the “Live Food” program on NTV, Anna Meleshina, Managing Director at Magnit, Frank Duseigneur, enologist and chief winemaker at the Château de Talu Winery, and Oksana Drapkina, Director of the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine of the Russian Ministry of Health. The session will be moderated by Anton Atrashkin, BIOPROM Program Director.
Special health practices, healthy habits, nutrition and fitness are becoming part of the daily lives of people who seek to remain active and feel well for as long as possible. At the same time, there is no universal recipe: some choose daily runs, others yoga and meditation, some carefully monitor their diet, while others focus on travel and new experiences.
The participants of the star session will discuss how healthy habits are formed, which approaches to self-care genuinely become part of a lifestyle, and where the line lies between the pursuit of health and the search for one’s own way to be happy. Together with the star speakers and opinion leaders, BIOPROM guests will explore how to find their own path to an active and fulfilling life among sports, healthy eating, mudras and mantras.
