Nacimbio Holding of Rostec State Corporation is the general partner of the BIOPROM: Industry and Technology for Humans forum, which will be held on October 7-8 in Gelendzhik. At the event, the company will demonstrate a number of innovative immunobiological drugs - blood products, vaccines, bacteriophages and others.
The blood products are represented by a line of immunoglobulins produced using a patented technology that provides additional methods for protein purification, inactivation and removal of viruses. In particular, the Nacimbio stand is demonstrating the BioGam drug - the first Russian intravenous human immunoglobulin normal in a concentration of 10%. It is used as immunomodulatory therapy in patients with reduced or absent antibody synthesis. The high concentration of the drug allows achieving optimal results in therapy in less time and with smaller volumes of the administered drug. This is especially important in pediatric practice, as well as in the treatment of pregnant women, patients with cardiovascular diseases and renal pathology. This year, it is planned to produce at least 5,000 packages of this drug, and in subsequent years, its production will increase.
Also on display at the Nacimbio stand are the Ultrix Quadri and Sovigripp vaccines, which are widely used in Russia to combat influenza as part of the National Immunization Calendar. Deliveries of influenza vaccines for mass immunization of the population this year are ahead of schedule. The Nacimbio holding has already completed two stages of delivery, having shipped 52.9 million doses of vaccines out of 70.6 million contracted to Russian regions. The third stage is expected to be completed by the end of November.
A special place in the Nacimbio exposition is occupied by the Rufag line of bacteriophages. These natural antibacterial drugs are of particular importance in light of the growing resistance of bacteria to the use of antibiotics. NPO Microgen (part of the Nacimbio holding of the Rostec State Corporation) is the only manufacturer of bacteriophage drugs in Russia.
All drugs presented by Nacimbio at BIOPROM are manufactured using a full production cycle technology in Russia - from independent development of the active substance to the release of the drug into civil circulation.
