At the international forum BIOPROM-2025, an insight session titled “Let’s Talk as It Is: Secrets of Healthy Eating in the World of Fast Food” brought together well-known TV hosts, artists, and entrepreneurs.
During the event, actress and TV host Larisa Guzeeva, sports commentator Dmitry Guberniev, singer and actress Yulia Parshuta, entrepreneur Nikolai Vasilenko, and Magnit managing director Anna Meleshina shared advice on a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition. Participants discussed pressing issues of consumer culture, the balance between the emotional and functional aspects of food, and the secrets of active longevity. The session was moderated by BIOPROM program director Anton Atrashkin.
“One of the most important topics is healthy food, innovative food. We are very interested in what our favorite stars eat and think about food. Today they are all on the same stage,” emphasized Anton Atrashkin.
Larisa Guzeeva expressed admiration for the innovations presented at the international forum, especially in the field of food supplements and skincare products. However, she admitted one of her personal shortcomings:
“In fact, I used to be slim and healthy, but as soon as I switched to this fast food, this ‘movie food,’ I gained weight and ruined my health. It’s terrible… I always start salting and peppering even before I taste anything. And by doing that, I retain water in my body, and that’s bad, that’s harmful. So you shouldn’t do that — you need to control yourself.”
Yulia Parshuta spoke about her personal experience and careful attitude toward resources. She said that she tries to sort waste and collects bottle caps around the world, knowing that they are recycled separately. According to her, this “allows one to make a small contribution to preserving the environment.” In her speech, when asked what kind of food she would be, she compared herself to “mom’s stewed cabbage, and if from fruits, then a little fig.”
Famous sports commentator Dmitry Guberniev shared his rule for success: “When you have something important ahead of you, never experiment with food. And then you will have happiness, joy, and success.”
He also encouraged everyone to stay active and supported the motto “live in motion.”
“Ambassador of kindness” Nikolai Vasilenko admitted that for him, food is mainly an emotional dependence, and his personal choice is “to eat with the eyes and soul” what he likes. He also noted that BIOPROM is close to him because of his love for dietary supplements, which he takes daily, and added that he “loves wine, which is also a bioproduct.”
In turn, Anna Meleshina noted that alcohol is part of gastronomic pairing and that responsible and appropriate consumption, as well as understanding the products we consume, are important. She also emphasized that currently Magnit has virtually no counterfeit goods and sells only legal products.
“It’s interesting to check how accurate our research turned out to be. To do that, I’ll need to live to 120 myself. I would like to continue seeing such happy customers as Nikolai Vasilenko — a vivid example of happy customers. I’d like to see whether people who live to 120 really remain just as happy,” said Anna Meleshina.
Participants of the session agreed that for a long and happy life, it is necessary not only to monitor nutrition and mineral balance but also to be happy, live in motion, and be useful.
